Delete your TaskCue account
The quickest way: in the app
- Open TaskCue and sign in.
- Go to Settings (the last tab).
- Under Account, tap Delete account, confirm with your password, and tap Delete.
Your account is deleted immediately. If you are the only owner in a team with other members, the app asks you to make someone else an owner first so the team is not left without one.
Can't get into the app?
Email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you within 30 days. Nothing else is needed, and we do not ask for any further information.

What is deleted
Your sign-in (email and password), your name, your membership of your team, the push-notification tokens of your devices, and you are removed from every task you were assigned. Tasks you created stay with the team as its history. If you were the team's last member, the team and all of its tasks are deleted with you.
Nothing is kept afterwards except what the law requires us to keep (we hold no payment data, since purchases are handled by Google Play and the App Store). Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
